The Chefs Table

Set in the heart of the action, our Chef's Table offers the opportunity to experience first hand the excitement of a gourmet kitchen.

A maximum of 6 people can experience a behind the scenes look into a Master Chef Felix Eschrich at work whilst enjoying his unique cuisine.

A "Surprise Menu" prepared exclusively for you and your guests, accompanied by wines specially selected by our Sommelier Sebastian Bustamante, is available @195 € + IVA per person (a glass of Champagne and wines included). BACCHUS "Surprise Menu" consists of a 10 course-tasting menu designed, prepared and served exclusively for you.

The Master chef Experience

The Master Chef Experience is a totally unique opportunity to work a whole day with Head Chef Felix Eschrich in his kitchen as part of his team. Your day will begin at 11h with a meeting in the kitchen with Felix when he will explain how the team works and the various sections of the kitchen and how you will spend your day. You will have the opportunity to work in each section and at all times will be looked after by Felix and the team. You will have a break at around 4 pm when you can enjoy The VESPASIAN SPA facilities and an Energising Full Body Massage before returning for the evening service at 7 pm, when you will be served a light supper.

Felix will score each Master Chef out of 100 and the chef with the highest score for the year will be invited back to the hotel with his or her partner for a complimentary two nights including dinner for two in Restaurant Bacchus and to receive the "Master Chef of the Year" chef's jacket embroidered with the winner's name.

The price for The Master Chef Experience is 225€ plus IVA and includes a Reads embroidered chefs jacket, lunch, evening meal and body massage.

Daily Cooking Classes

   
Daily "hands on" cooking classes with Head Chef Felix Eschrich. Available 7 days week for 2 hours between 12.00 – 14.00
   
Price: 65 euros per person max 4 persons to include a light lunch, which you have helped prepare.

A wonderful hands on opportunity to learn from the professionals.
