The Chefs Table
Set in the heart of the action, our Chef's Table offers the opportunity to experience first hand the excitement of a gourmet kitchen.
A maximum of 6 people can experience a behind the scenes look into a Master at work whilst enjoying unique cuisine.
A "Surprise Menu" prepared exclusively for you and your guests, accompanied by wines specially selected by our Sommelier is available @195 € + IVA per person (a glass of Champagne and wines included). BACCHUS "Surprise Menu" consists of a 10 course-tasting menu designed, prepared and served exclusively for you.

The Master chef Experience
The Master Chef Experience is a totally unique opportunity to work a whole day with our Head Chef in the kitchen as part ofour international team. Your day will begin at 12h with a meeting in the kitchen when you will be explained how the team works and the various sections of the kitchen and how you will spend your day. You will have the opportunity to work in each section and at all times will be looked after by the team. You will break at 3 pm, a chance to relax and enjoy The VESPASIAN SPA facilities and an Energising Full Body Massage before returning for the evening service at 7 pm.
The price for The Master Chef Experience is 225€ plus IVA and includes a Reads embroidered chefs jacket, lunch, evening meal and body massage. Please remember to advise your jacket size.

- As above including dinner for your partner at the Chef´s Table (3 courses without drinks) @ 295€

Daily Cooking Classes
Daily "hands on" cooking classes with our Head Chef. Available Tuesday - Saturday for 2 hours between 11.00 – 13.00
Price: 85 euros per person max 4 persons to include a light lunch, which you prepare.
A wonderful hands on opportunity to learn from the professionals. Embroidered Reads apron included.
