ARRIVAL TIME

You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the exclusive facilities available to you at THE VESPASIAN SPA. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

To schedule an appointment please speak with our hotel reception team.  To ensure your preferred time and service is available advanced booking is advised. Non-residents wishing to book treatments can do so by calling +34 971 140 262 or E-Mail: sales@readshotel.com. This is strictly subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Use of the facilities for non residents is only included when you book a minimum of a 1 hour treatment time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A TREATMENT?

It is customary for guests to undress for treatments. However, please feel free to wear what you are most comfortable in. Disposable underwear is available.

VESPASIAN ETIQUETTE

The VESPASIAN environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect our Guests right to privacy and serenity. The VESPASIAN is a mobile phone, pager and smoking free zone. With regards to nudity we ask our guests to wear swim wear in and around the pool area and in the thermal cabins. Should you wish to reserve our sauna for your own private use you may do so at THE VESPASIAN reception for a maximum of 30 minutes. This is strictly subject to availability. The VESPASIAN will provide towels, slippers and all amenities to hotel guests that are required for use during your visit to the spa.  Guests visiting for a Spa Day may also rent towels, slippers and robes for 6€ or they are invited to bring their own. The minimum age requirement for access and treatments is 16.  Use of lockers is free of charge. We simply ask for a 5€ deposit to ensure the key is returned on departure.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

All treatments are available only on completion of our medical questionnaire. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a heart condition, suffer high/low blood pressure, are pregnant or have any physical ailments or allergies. If you are pregnant we recommend you do not use the thermal cabins or hydrotherapy pool.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or Spa Programme not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.
